Innoyura works with selected suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver products directly to our customers. Shipping availability, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the product, destination and fulfillment location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary by product and supplier. When your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown where available and may vary according to the product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, customs procedures and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Most products include free delivery, with no $100 minimum order requirement. For products or destinations with a shipping charge, the amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Saunas and Bathtubs

Saunas and bathtubs include free delivery to the destination port. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for transport from the port to their address. Free home delivery is included only when explicitly confirmed for the selected product and destination.

Multiple Items

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses. As a result, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Product Availability and Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability varies by product and destination. In the unusual event that an item cannot be shipped to your address after an order has been placed, Innoyura will contact you promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund when the order cannot be fulfilled.
